For hygienic reasons, NO RETURNS!
Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at [email protected] Exchanges must be made within 7 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase. Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
