Shipping Policy
All items are shipped through UPS or USPS. Our processing time takes 4-5 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-3 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase, CHIC HAIR COLLECTION is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped.
